Sedative, vasodilator, antispasmodic. Helps reduce the excitability of the central nervous system, has a calming effect and facilitates the onset of natural sleep. The ethyl ester of α-bromizovaleric acid, which is part of the drug, has a sedative and antispasmodic effect, similar to the action of valerian extract; in large doses also causes a mild hypnotic effect. Phenobarbital has a sedative and moderate antispasmodic effect. Peppermint oil has a reflex vasodilating and antispasmodic effect.

Indication.

Therapy of mild or moderate pain syndrome in headache or toothache, primary dysmenorrhea, migraine, arthralgia, neuralgia, diseases accompanied by hyperthermia of various etiologies (as an antipyretic).

Indications for use:

     - Neuroses with increased irritability;
     insomnia;
     - in the complex therapy of hypertension and vegetovascular dystonia;
     - Slightly expressed spasms of the coronary vessels, tachycardia;
     - spasms of the intestines caused by neurovegetative disorders (as an antispasmodic drug).

Indication.

A mild form of neurasthenia, especially if it is accompanied by anxiety, fear, sadness, restlessness, irritability, reduced concentration or increased fatigue; a mild form of insomnia, exhaustion; neurotic memory disorders.

For supportive therapy in migraine, headache caused by nervous tension; vascular psychosomatic disorders with neurocirculatory asthenia, neurogenic tetany, pain in the face; with climacteric syndrome.

Functional diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, dyspeptic syndrome without organic damage, "irritable bowel" syndrome.

For adjunctive therapy in organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract with a pronounced neurotic component.

Psychosomatic dermatoses accompanied by itching (urticaria, atopic eczema).

A combined drug that has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Metamizole sodium is a derivative of pyrazolone and is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It has analgesic and antipyretic properties, has an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the biliary and urinary tract, and the muscles of the uterus.

Paracetamol is a non-narcotic analgesic that blocks cyclooxygenase (COX) mainly in the central nervous system (CNS), affects pain and thermoregulation centers, and has an analgesic and antipyretic effect.

Caffeine stimulates the psychomotor centers of the brain, has an analeptic effect, facilitates the penetration of analgesics through the blood-brain barrier, prevents collapse by stimulating the vasomotor center, and eliminates the sedative effects of other components of the drug.

Phenobarbital in the composition of the drug has a sedative, antispasmodic and muscle relaxant effect, and potentiates the activity of analgesic components.

Codeine is a narcotic analgesic whose effects are similar to those of morphine, but with a significantly weaker analgesic effect and a milder sedative effect. Codeine is a weak centrally acting analgesic. Codeine exerts its effect by interacting with μ-opioid receptors, although it has low affinity for them, the analgesic effect of codeine is due to its conversion to morphine. Codeine, especially when combined with other analgesics such as paracetamol, has been shown to be effective in the treatment of acute nociceptive pain. Codeine reduces the excitability of the cough center. In small doses it does not lead to depression of the respiratory center, does not disrupt the function of the ciliated epithelium and does not reduce bronchial secretion.

Headache, including migraine and tension headache; neuralgia; toothache; relief of cold and flu symptoms such as fever, aches, pain.
