Composition of the drug.
Active substances:
1 tablet contains bile dry (in terms of dry matter and quantitative content of cholic acid) - 80 mg, dried garlic powder - 40 mg, nettle leaves minced - 5 mg, activated carbon - 25 mg
Excipients:
microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, silicon dioxide colloidal, magnesium stearate film coating (hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), polyethylene glycol (macrogol, PEG 400, PEG 4000), polyvinyl alcohol, talc, lecithin, quinoline yellow E 104, indigo E 132 ).

Pharmacological properties
Allochol improves the secretory function of the hepatic cells, causing a mild choleretic effect. Stimulates the synthesis of bile acids; increases the osmotic gradient between bile and blood, which leads to increased filtration in the bile capillaries of water and electrolytes; accelerates the flow of bile through the bile ducts, preventing the spread of infection and reducing the intensity of the inflammatory process; reduces the possibility of precipitation of cholesterol with subsequent formation of stones. The process of cholate formation is mainly due to taurocholic and deoxycholic acids, which are contained in dry bile. An increase in the output of bile to the lumen of the intestine contributes to a reflex increase in the secretory and motor activity of the digestive tract, improves the emulsification of edible fats and, in general, the processes of digestion. Ingredients of garlic, which are part of the drug, suppressing the processes of fermentation in the intestines, reducing flatulence.
The drug is well absorbed in the intestine, then partially reabsorbed; the other part is excreted with feces.
Indications for use
Indications.
In the complex treatment:
chronic cholecystitis;
dyskinesia of the gallbladder;
postcholecystectomy syndrome;
atonic constipation;
uncomplicated gallbladder cholesterosis.
Dosing and Administration
Method of administration and dose.
Adults appoint 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day after meals for 3-4 weeks. Then - 1 tablet 2-3 times a day after meals for 1-2 months.
If necessary, the treatment course is repeated 2-3 times with a break of 3 months.
The first signs of improvement appear only 5-8 days after the start of treatment (pain in the right upper quadrant, the disappearance of dyspeptic phenomena).
